Volkswagen recently announced the release of 2017 VW Crossblue, which will first be made available in U.S followed by other countries in the future. This much anticipated mid-sized crossover SUV will retail at $32,000.

It will feature a coupe like slanting roof, and is also expected to be sold in a unique cross coupe GTE. One spokesperson from the company said that this new edition 2017 VW Crossblue will similar concepts as that which was launched at the last Detroit auto show. In order to fully accommodate this SUV car, the firm has embarked on expanding its unit capacity at the Chattanooga processing plant from 150,000 to 250,000 units. This car will be sold in 6-drive models that have been selected through the competitive drive mode selector knob process.

The 2017 VW Crossblue is a hybrid vehicle which will run on front wheel drive. There are two options to choose from which include Eco and Sport submodes, as for the dimensions it would measure 196.3 inches in length, 79.3 in width and 68.2 in height. The roof has slightly been raised compared to other preceding models, thus giving passengers more headroom and space for a comfortable ride.
